1.  How would you like to handle selecting the age group and gender of the children for the exchange? How picky do you expect to be, and how much do you think should be DNW-able and what should be considered ODAO?
2. How would you like to handle names? These will clearly be ODAO, but how picky do you expect to be in terms of the names for the potential children?

Please answer the questions below if you have an opinion, so that way we can see if we have a majority consensus or if we can reach one before nominations even start.

I think the simplest solution is that anyone with a preference should list it in their optional details, with the option to DNW specific details such as "DNW babies" or "DNW the name 'Heather'"
